The Booking Process
01. Tell Us About Your Celebration
Fill in the form below. A villa specialist will present a selection of properties that match your desires and discuss your celebration details.
02. Choose The Perfect Villa
Once you select your ideal villa and date, your villa specialist will give you a quote and confirm availability.
03. Finalize Reservation
Review the Rental Agreement and make a 50% deposit payment to hold the dates. Make any special requests such as private chefs, personal drivers, wellness treatments, etc. Add optional Event Planning services if desired.
04. Plan Experiences
We will assign you to your local, dedicated concierge who can suggest unique experiences.
05. Ready To Go
A week or so prior to departure you’ll receive your final itinerary with all your add-ons, check-in information and contact numbers

How far in advance should we start planning?
For prime properties and peak seasons (especially summer and holidays), we recommend starting 9-12 months ahead. This ensures you get the perfect villa and allows time to arrange those special experiences that make your trip extraordinary.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer five levels of flexibility, from fully refundable to discounted non-refundable options. We’ll help you choose the best fit for your comfort level and always recommend cancellation insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
